Designs refer to two-dimensional or three-dimensional features of an article and includes the shape or pattern applied to an article.

We file design applications on behalf of our clients and assist them throughout the registration process.

Design application filing

We handle the registration of both two-dimensional and three-dimensional designs created by clients. We review and analyse the design to be filed for registration

Design application prosecution

We assist clients at every step of the prosecution of their design applications. This includes responding to objections raised in the examination reports, attending hearings
