Alisha has over 12 years of working experience and specializes in intellectual property prosecution and protection.
Alisha graduated with a LL.B degree in first class from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2010 and went on to purse a LL.M degree from Cornell Law School, Ithaca, New York.
On returning to India, Alisha worked in some of the leading law firms in Mumbai. In 2017, she founded Intlaw as a boutique intellectual property law firm.
Over the years she has represented and advised several companies, start-ups, funds and media companies in relation to the protection of their intellectual property and has handled various prosecution, transactional and litigation matters in relation to intellectual property rights.
